Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our growing team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in answering incoming telephone calls, resolving customer questions, complaints, and requests, and utilizing your working knowledge of internal policies and procedures to meet productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- May be responsible for the completion of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports necessary for the clinical team operations and client reporting
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using PC tools, including electronic mail, intranet, and standard industry applications
- Effective verbal and listening skills to reputed company courteous and professional customer service
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
* Knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Experience working in a reputed company setting
- Medical terminology knowledge is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
