The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for leading the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method

• reputed company and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including small increments of a product introduced at daily intervals to business groups
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data sets and reputed company data-driven insights
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
