Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and accuracy
  • Accurately documenting call content in reputed company-time to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to reputed company informed and expert support

Schedule and Training

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or reputed company setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, reputed company)

  • Experience working in the reputed company industry or with medical insurance products
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
