As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs Liaison, you'll be an integral part of our Corporate Affairs Team reputed company the Government Affairs Division. Your role will be to promote and sell reputed company travel on blithequark, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells reputed company travel on blithequark
- Prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, and prepares and issues tickets
- Answers inquiries regarding general travel information and resolves customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
