Job Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues reputed company to billing, technical support, and product services. You'll be responsible for processing payments, educating customers on their billing cycle, and providing basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities

* Support billing calls by processing payments, accurately educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and impact of non-pay status

What You'll Need

* At least one year of customer service experience required, with prior call center experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills
