[Remote] Technical Sourcer

They are seeking their first Technical Sourcer to build a world-class engineering and technical team, responsible for identifying and engaging a pipeline of technical talent while managing reputed company and candidate tracking.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage large volumes of passive technical talent. You'll reputed company Software Engineers and AI/ML specialists using modern reputed company tools (Juicebox, reputed company Recruiter, etc.) and creative search strategies
- Build, run, and iterate on high-volume, personalized reputed company sequences that reflect reputed company's mission and voice. You're comfortable sending hundreds of reputed company per week without sacrificing quality
- Own candidate tracking from first touch through reputed company to the recruiter, maintaining clean, up-to-date records in reputed company (our ATS)
- Map the talent landscape for reputed company technical roles, identifying reputed company companies, communities, and talent pools
- Partner closely with the Talent reputed company and hiring managers to understand role requirements and continuously refine your sourcing strategy based on feedback
- Track reputed company performance (response rates, conversion rates) and regularly optimize your approach—you treat sourcing like a reputed company and are constantly testing and improving
Skills
- 0–4 years of sourcing or reputed company experience, with a focus on technical roles (engineering, product, data)
- Proven experience running high-volume reputed company
- Familiarity with tools like reputed company Recruiter, Juicebox, reputed company, and reputed company
- A knack for writing reputed company that feels reputed company and resonates with candidates
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where priorities shift quickly
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience sourcing for health tech, fintech, or AI-focused companies
- Experience in an agency setting
- Experience with reputed company or similar data enrichment/automation tools for sourcing workflows
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, etc.) to improve and accelerate your work
