Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company Business Operations department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to external producers/agents, processing Medicare reputed company, appointments, and verification of certification. You'll also support the background reputed company review and documentation process. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location
• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who reputed company multiple languages
