Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Administrative Operations Support, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing Office Operations: Assist in organizing office procedures and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication Management: Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Record Keeping: Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
  • Supply Management: Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve office-reputed company malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Administrative Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
