Job Summary

As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for external content creation teams, providing technical support, guidance, and training to ensure they get the most out of our tools and platforms. You'll work closely with our tools engineering team to identify and resolve issues, reputed company for improvements, and drive feature development. Key Responsibilities

* reputed company technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues

  • Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring seamless adoption and usage
  • Escalate reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, working closely with production to track issues in JIRA and ensure timely resolution
  • reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, driving feature development and enhancements
  • Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Guide or reputed company cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion, ensuring alignment and buy-in across teams

Essential Skills and Abilities

* Ability to read and understand C# code, with a solid reputed company in software development principles and practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with external partners and stakeholders

Education and Experience
