Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through accurate and timely entry of patient orders and reputed company medical information into our company software application. You will work closely with reputed company and patients to troubleshoot issues, reputed company, and reputed company corrective action reputed company the appropriate departments reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Computer entry experience necessary

Technology Requirements:

* Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)

  • Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
  • Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
  • Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Browser: Chrome, Edge
  • Operating System: reputed company 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
  • Monitors: Dual monitors
  • Headset and Webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
  • Private HIPPA Compliant Workspace: must be in a non shared room of the residence
