Responsibilities

As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Expressing genuine reputed company and concern for customers' issues, addressing them as if they were your own
• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers with questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
• Keeping up with multiple chats at a time, accurately documenting reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Responding to and resolving reputed company issues in an appropriate timeframe
• Identifying trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management
• Multi-tasking using multiple systems, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
• Maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times, remaining positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions
• Flexibility to cross-train as requested

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A LOVE of music, with a focus on Pop and Country genres
• 3-5 years of call center chat experience, with technical experience strongly preferred (reputed company experience a definite plus)
• Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
• Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
• Excellent grammar, with the ability to use the lingo reputed company necessary
• Previous work-from-home experience preferred
• Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Hardware/Software Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need:

• Your own computer, with a processor of more than 4 cores, 8GB of memory on reputed company 10 or higher / 10 64 bits, and a screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher (dual monitors required)
• A USB headset
• Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform, with a recent reputed company completed (will be checked prior to allowing login to the system)

Job Type and Schedule

As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be working a guaranteed 25 hours per week, with the flexibility to reputed company up to 40 hours per week based on client needs and workflow. Shifts will vary between 9:00am-6:00pm EST, with shifts typically lasting between 4-8 hours.

Pay and Benefits

You'll be paid $18.00 per hour as a 1099 contract, with the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule. No overnights, weekends may be required by the client.

This role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience, working in a remote environment.
