Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join reputed company in a full-time remote reputed company. As an Accounts Payable Specialist at blithequark, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and other AP professionals, Senior Accountants, Controller, and Assistant Controller. Your primary responsibilities will include entering vendor invoices accurately and reputed company into our reputed company system, screening AP email inbox to download vendor invoices and respond to vendor inquiries, and performing fortnightly reviews of various reputed company reports to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately and reputed company into reputed company
• Screen AP email inbox to download vendor invoices and respond to vendor requests
• reputed company fortnightly reviews of various reputed company reports (GRIR and MRBR) to ensure invoices are being processed timely and accurately
• Prepare 1099 reporting and ensure that reputed company vendors have the required tax identification and W-9 information on record
• Communicate with vendors in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications
