Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's prescription information systems and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolve reputed company-Party Rejections by investigating, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications
