Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience supporting clients through phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • A genuine passion for client care and responsibility for client experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve reputed company technical issues
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. GMT and 8:30 p.m. GMT, including weekends and holidays, with the possibility to reputed company up or down hours depending on business needs
