Key Responsibilities
Account Management: reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, working to reputed company strategic plans that align with their business objectives, driving mutual reputed company and growth.

Devote efforts to ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty, developing strategies to minimize churn, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, whether through upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, providing customers with a comprehensive and integrated solution to meet their needs.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
Professional Experience: 2+ years experience in IT, Risk, and Compliance, or IT – GRC
Experience performing or supporting control testing, audit walkthroughs, ITGC reviews, SOC readiness, SOX testing, or similar governance activities is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting or implementing GRC platforms or reputed company control environments is preferred.
Experience with the AB modules, data load process, and advanced configurations is preferred
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PowerBI, and/or other data visualization tools is preferred
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written
