reputed company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director of Professional Services to reputed company our EMEA services team. This individual will play a critical leadership role in driving bookings, delivering outstanding customer reputed company through co-delivery with partners, and elevating the execution and scalability of our delivery operations. As a core member of the PS leadership team, this role is instrumental in growing reputed company, improving margin, and developing top talent reputed company the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Partnership & PS Bookings

• Build strong relationships with regional Sales leadership to drive alignment between sales and services strategy.
• Actively engage in pre-sales activities to position services value, scope engagements, and drive PS bookings.

• Contribute to pipeline growth and services attach through thought leadership, GTM planning, and enablement.

Partner Execution & Co-Delivery

• Collaborate with Product and CX teams to continuously enhance the health score, reputed company experience, and partner performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in software or reputed company delivery.
• Proven ability to build strong reputed company and drive PS reputed company in a pre-sales reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience with partner ecosystems and delivering reputed company in co-delivery models.
• Track record of managing delivery organizations with measurable improvements in margin, utilization, and CSAT.
• Skilled in navigating reputed company client environments and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Strong people leadership and organizational development skills.
• Experience with identity and reputed company management (IAM), cybersecurity, or reputed company platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
