Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Customer Care Technology, you will take ownership of reputed company development initiatives that reputed company and transform our customer care platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of scalable, reputed company-reputed company solutions across the reputed company end and back end
  • Mentoring team members and driving best practices
  • Collaborating closely with architects, staff engineers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure technical alignment and successful delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
  • Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, ES6, NodeJS, and reputed company-end performance optimization
  • Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API design, and microservices
  • Experience in building distributed systems with Kafka or other messaging frameworks
