Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound - Remote Part-time Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through reputed company and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and account-reputed company information

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and reputed company to resolve issues and reputed company product/service information
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, reputed company, and effective communication
  • Upselling and cross-selling products/services to meet sales targets and drive reputed company growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 12 months call center experience, with a focus on upselling and customer service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and effective communication
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies
  • Customer orientation, adaptability, and the ability to respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or more
  • Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills
  • Ability to take on additional tasks as needed and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with sales and customer service metrics, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
