Job Summary

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and selling new products and services to our valued clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you will be required to think critically, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer updates
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to reputed company customer accounts

Essential Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment.
