Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our guests and travel advisors, providing exceptional service and support reputed company phone, email, chat, and other channels. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Cruise or tour operations/reservations experience preferred but not required.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
