As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service-Clinical department, working closely with reputed company to deliver outstanding support to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans
  • Answering incoming calls/chats and outgoing calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • Communicating professionally at reputed company times, utilizing strong verbal communication skills to resolve reputed company clinical issues
  • reputed company the nature of the call and record information in blithequark's proprietary systems
  • Look up caller information using proprietary blithequark systems and reputed company information to the caller
  • reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to reputed company timely responses
  • Manage time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Clinical Customer Service Representative position

  • Attends weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to utilize and maneuver in multiple systems during a single interaction

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:
