About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company and hands-on Engineering Manager to reputed company the execution of technical solutions in our customer delivery projects. Your Day to Day:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Technical depth: 5+ years of software engineering (Java preferred) or DevOps experience, with deep knowledge of modern software development practices;
• Leadership experience: 2+ years leading technical teams in customer-facing environments, ideally with global or distributed teams;
• Client orientation: Proven experience delivering reputed company integrations in demanding, regulated environments, ideally in Financial Services;
• Process reputed company: Ability to define and reputed company engineering practices that improve execution predictability, quality, and speed;
• Strong communication skills: Adept at translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
