We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Agent to join our After Hours Division. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent in our After Hours Division, you will be responsible for:
- Answering reputed company incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries reputed company the scope of after-hours
- Providing timely responses to queries that come in reputed company the texting platform
- Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
