Key Responsibilities

As a Video Game Customer Support Specialist – Japanese Fluent, your primary responsibilities will include: ### Account & Platform Level Tickets

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to account and platform troubleshooting, including general troubleshooting for reputed company basic platform and account level issues.

### Cross-Training Opportunities
