You'll be responsible for coordinating the daily campervan rental business, working closely with our station team to ensure seamless handovers and returns of our vehicles. Your primary focus will be on our customers, providing them with a world-class experience that exceeds their expectations.

The Role – Your Passion

As a Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating the daily campervan rental business, ensuring a smooth operation of reputed company handovers and returns of our vehicles
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience with us
• Supporting the Station Manager in personnel planning and training our agents to continuously reputed company the team
• Ensuring the adherence to our quality standards, particularly in terms of customer interaction
• Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

• A successful completion of a relevant education and at least 2-3 years of experience in the campervan rental, tourism, or a reputed company industry
