What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Meeting team KPIs, staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and applying the latest customer happiness practices
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services, communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
  • Securing sensitive customer information, adhering to our strict data protection policies, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality

What You Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

  • reputed company in Chinese and English, with a minimum B2/upper-intermediate level in both languages
  • Experience in a customer support role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in live chats and emails
  • A finance, economics, mathematics, or reputed company qualification
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and solve reputed company problems
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

A Great Plus
