What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
- Building long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions

What You Need to Succeed

- Experience in a customer support role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in live chats and emails
