About the Role

This is a remote position that offers a flexible, hybrid arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic team. As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients and clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the next level reputed company necessary. You will also be responsible for performing administrative duties, managing emails, and participating in regular departmental meetings to reputed company feedback and contribute to process improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and clients, listening empathetically and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Use computer systems to navigate screens, notate interactions, and effectuate a positive patient experience

• Actively participate in regular departmental meetings, facility town halls, and individual meetings to reputed company feedback and contribute to customer service operations and process improvement strategies

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver
• Proven track record of being positive, solution-oriented, and having a great sense of humor
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Must have reliable, consistent transportation (note: this may not be applicable for remote work)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
