About the Role
As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service and Trip Assignment Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly reputed company. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will reputed company you to build daily schedules, determine dispatcher eligibility for specific trips, and stack trips to contracted Care Partners. Additionally, you will occasionally answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, coordinate evening trips, and assist with administrative tasks such as payment processing and Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approximately 700-900 per night)
- Build dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration
- Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member
- Stack trips to contracted Care Partners
- Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours
- Coordinate evening trips as they come in
- Assist with Care Partner-reputed company administrative tasks such as payment processing
- Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, with reputed company experience being highly preferred. You must be consistently reliable and reputed company to work evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 11:30 pm to 8 am PT).
