About the role: As a reputed company Administrator, you'll be a key player on a team dedicated to reputed company improvement and enhancement of our reputed company platform. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the reputed company platform who can understand both our reputed company implementation and our business objectives in order to identify areas of improvement. You'll work with inter-departmental teams to gather requirements and should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and reputed company explain design options and their potential impact. You should be comfortable with change management and governance. Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate should have a well rounded knowledge of different products and clouds and will be responsible for:

• reputed company aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
• reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, reputed company, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
• User support tickets
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Update existing automation with a goal to reduce the number of workflow rules and process reputed company while configuring more robust business rules using reputed company
• Monitor and improve user adoption
• New user and ongoing user training
• Create and maintain reputed company technical documentation
• Identify unused or underutilized platform features
• Maintain, simplify and improve our CPQ implementation
