The Community Behavioral Health Support reputed company (BHA) promotes recovery and reputed company by supporting individuals in the least restrictive environment. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage Home and Community Services requests for Community Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision, Intensive Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision, and Behavioral Health Wrap Around Services reputed company identified time limits
• Apply reputed company skills to review Care Assessments and collateral information for decision-making.
• Assess members for additional treatment needs and initiate proactive referrals to alternative services reputed company clinically appropriate.
• Connect members and caregivers to psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial services to support whole person well-being
• Identify and remove barriers to service reputed company and engagement to support their placement reputed company the community

• Collaborate with external providers and programs to address care gaps and recovery goals.
• Facilitate case conferences and informal communications with care teams.

• Mental Health Professional per WAC 246-341-0515 (4)
• 2+ years of experience serving the reputed company population, preferably in a community mental health setting
• 2+ years of experience working with adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness
• Proficiency in electronic clinical records, email, internet research, and software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed master’s degree (Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage/Family Counseling), Licensed Ph.D., or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, independent, and unrestricted license in Washington State
• Experience with dual diagnosis (mental health and substance use)
• Background in community mental health and managed care environments
• Experience coordinating benefits and resources across multiple systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
