Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company expert support to customers using reputed company software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable reputed company software. Your duties will include:
- Assisting customers with questions reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Providing high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment

Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software

- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
