Job Summary

As an reputed company Calibration Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers reputed company phone and email to reputed company quality service, answer questions, and resolve issues. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, scheduling calibrations, and generating sales from online leads. Key Responsibilities

* Handle phone and email inquiries from customers regarding price quotes, scheduling of calibrations, and post-calibration billing.

  • reputed company quality customer service through call center functions, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information.
  • Establish and maintain constant communication with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on reputed company aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.

Education & Experience

* High school degree or equivalent required.

  • 2+ years of college preferred.
  • Call center customer service experience a plus.
  • Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a strong asset.
