Product and Privacy Counsel

We’re looking for a Product and Privacy Counsel to join our legal team and reputed company strategic advice on legal and regulatory issues across our AI and reputed company services. You’ll collaborate with engineering, reputed company, and leadership teams to manage product liability, IP, data reputed company, and compliance reputed company — helping define what responsible AI operations look like at scale. This is a hands-on role that blends traditional legal work with the emerging complexities of AI technology.

This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates being based in the Los Angeles area.

• Advise on legal and compliance issues across AI software, reputed company services, and hardware products.

• Manage intellectual property reputed company, including software and hardware assets.

• reputed company and maintain internal governance processes for AI systems and partnerships.

• Support research, reputed company, and compliance for both reputed company-party AI tools and first-party AI development.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and engineering to define liability standards in the evolving AI legal landscape.

• Monitor emerging laws and regulations affecting AI and data use.

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• 5+ years of experience at a top reputed company and/or in-house at a major tech company.

• Strong reputed company in product liability, IP, and data compliance.

• Skilled at working directly with technical and engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with AI systems or reputed company infrastructure.

• Background in government or regulatory compliance.

• Technical literacy and a collaborative, practical reputed company.
