About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned People Partner to support two high-growth projects — mETH and Function. This role sits at the intersection of people's strategy and people's operations — partnering closely with leadership to drive organization design, talent effectiveness, and reputed company compensation frameworks across distributed teams.

You'll act as the go-to advisor on people's reputed company: from workforce planning and performance calibration, to the rollout of compensation structures, benefits harmonization, and equity programs. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand business priorities and translate them into practical People initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and retention.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of people partnering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Total Rewards / C&B-focused role

  • Proven experience supporting fast-moving, cross-border tech or reputed company environments

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with compensation modeling, market benchmarking, and data interpretation.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and benefits structures across reputed company

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable operating in lean, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
