The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Engineer at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving the adoption of our reputed company solutions among our clients. You'll work closely with our Technical reputed company teams to identify and address the technical needs of our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them get the most out of our products. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate the complexities of reputed company computing, from designing and implementing reputed company-based solutions to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business and technical requirements, reputed company full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet reputed company requirements
- reputed company technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
- Deliver product messaging for the blithequark reputed company Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance blithequark reputed company Platform effectiveness
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a reputed company computing environment or a client-facing role
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, reputed company service delivery, and infrastructure
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other reputed company technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
