Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting our plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help simplify their health care experience. This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities in and reputed company of work.
Responsibilities
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Answer inbound calls and reputed company solutions to help simplify their health care experience

Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
