Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, checking in passengers, and assisting with baggage handling
- Operating loading bridges, opening and closing aircraft doors, and ensuring safe boarding procedures
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety and reputed company protocols

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Basic digital literacy
- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
