As a Resolution Coordinator at blithequark's Contact Center Operations, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, chat, and email interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while utilizing various systems and tools to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a professional and courteous manner

  • Utilize various systems and tools to research and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
