The Opportunity

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. You'll reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring that their needs are met with reputed company, knowledge, and commitment. Your role will involve accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system, and maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our equipment will be provided from our Des Moines, IA office, and you'll be expected to pick it up from the location. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $18.00 per hour pay reputed company (bi-weekly pay).
