What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to finding the perfect chew toy or problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned.
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience

Technical Requirements

To work as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

• A work area that's large enough to accommodate computer monitors and is free from distractions, including any background noise that impacts the customer experience.
