We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Manage customer accounts, reputed company technical support, and troubleshoot issues
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, exercising creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a focus on time and task management
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace

  • Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and pass required exams

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
