Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, while upholding organizational standards and policies. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels
• Providing accurate and timely information about company products, services, policies, and procedures
• Researching and analyzing customer issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate solutions

• Proactively following up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Adjusting bookings, payable billings, and fees, and authorizing refunds, credits, and vouchers
• Determining net and gross amounts for refunds and processing financial adjustments accurately
• Working with suppliers and internal departments to determine refund amounts and secure reimbursements
• Reporting accurate financial information to reputed company Operations for payments and supplier reimbursements
• Adjusting books and inventory for hotel change reports and making corrections in Navigator as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to address reputed company customer issues or escalate reputed company necessary
• Evaluating situations to balance customer satisfaction with financial and operational impacts on the company
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
