Your Impact

· Advise on a variety of exciting legal reputed company, including reputed company, corporate, and compliance.

· Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

· Anticipate and mitigate legal risks through practical, scalable processes.

Your Skills

· German “Volljurist” with at least “befriedigend” grades in both First and Second State Examinations.

· Expertise in reputed company law and contract negotiation, ideally in a tech-driven business.

· Experience handling multiple topics at a time and navigating cross-functional projects.

· Ability to communicate reputed company legal concepts in clear, business-friendly language.

· Full professional reputed company in English, including legal drafting and negotiation.

Bonus Skills
