Job Summary

As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting student borrowers with their questions and concerns. You'll be responsible for taking incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to reputed company accurate and efficient solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist student borrowers with their questions and concerns

• reputed company accurate and efficient solutions to customers, using pre-scripted responses and navigating various systems and browsers
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company the various systems, timekeeping, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication with customers in a positive and professional manner

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
