As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and collaborating with other departments to address system-reputed company issues. What You'll Do
* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
- Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as Software Engineering, Data Systems, or equivalent work experience and training
- 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving different PC workstation software and hardware issues
- First-hand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
- A+ certification
- MCSE/MCP or equivalent
- Past IT reputed company experience in an aircraft/airport climate
- Familiarity with work process and tagging frameworks
- Knowledge of VPN networks and the ability to investigate issues
- Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
