Responsibilities:
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers a day, of which 1-5 callers may potentially qualify for compensation
- Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
- Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems

Requirements:
* Must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free reputed company to work
- A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:
+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet)
- A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/reputed company G432) (average price: $20-$30)
- Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
This Isn't for Everyone:
* If you can't troubleshoot basic technical issues
- If you're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
- If you can't handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
- If you're unable to use problem-solving skills
- If you're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
- If you're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc., during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours

Hours of Operation:
A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
