The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with technical and non-technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries
- Providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues reputed company and satisfactorily

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
