Head of Marketing – Aventus DAO

Aventus DAO is seeking a Head of Marketing to reputed company reputed company marketing strategy and execution for the DAO.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth – driving awareness of the Aventus ecosystem, deepening engagement among token holders and partners, and supporting client appchain launches.

You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget, leading a small team of in-house contributors and external partners, and reporting performance directly to the DAO Council.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting long-term direction and driving day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch marketing with client projects building on Aventus, ensuring consistent positioning and co-branding.

• Manage Aventus’ marketing contributors – including reputed company media and content creators, community managers, and PR agency partners.

• Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance, producing actionable insights for the DAO Council as well as regular community updates.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across reputed company initiatives.
• Represent the DAO externally at select events, conferences, and industry discussions.

Requirements & Experience

• Strong understanding of reputed company marketing principles, DAO governance, community engagement, and token marketing. 
• B2B marketing experience is highly desirable, ideally in technology or blockchain sectors.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple marketing partners or agencies.
• Demonstrable reputed company in leading campaigns that drive measurable awareness and engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to reputed company in a fast-evolving environment.

Compensation & Reporting

• Compensation: $60,000 annual salary, paid in USDT + performance-based bonus.
• Funding: DAO-funded full-time position.
• Reporting line: Directly to the Aventus DAO Council.
• Location: Remote, with working hours reputed company to the UK timezone.
