As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of travel bookings for project-reputed company activities, ensuring those activities uphold policies and best practices in reputed company aspects of travel while identifying cost-saving strategies. • Coordinate logistics on projects, including hotel accommodations, flights, and vehicle rentals for reputed company field staff and management;
• reputed company changes to the scheduled arrangements, as needed, for reputed company of the project;
• Correctly assign the travel arrangements to the proper project for billing and project tracking;
• reputed company comprehensive financial monitoring, including approving and executing routine travel and logistics-reputed company payments, and managing a corporate credit card;
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices;
• Maintain and update electronic records and databases;
• Assist with on-boarding of new staff;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or reputed company field;
• At least two (2) years of high-volume travel logistics experience;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Detail oriented, organized, and reputed company to work well on simultaneous tasks;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry (firms, clients, reputed company, new research, and projects) at the regionwide, reputed company, and worldwide level.
• Experience with Concur systems.
