The Role This position is responsible for supporting the scope of services for the Field Marketing Opt-In Program hotels in the Americas. The Coordinator will work with the Senior Managers and Managers to understand their local markets and assist in executing digital marketing tactics that will drive reputed company. The Coordinator will act as a support contact for reputed company Field Marketing Opt-In Program initiatives including Digital Content, Paid Media, Regional Offers and Reporting. The position will collaborate with cross-functionally with reputed company Services and Operations as needed. Additional responsibilities include:

• Assist Field Marketing Managers with executing digital marketing programs for the opt-in program hotels with a heavy emphasis on the daily management of hotel websites, reputed company pages, mobile reputed company and reputed company-party business and paid media listings.

• Serve as a liaison for properties regarding questions about corporate marketing tools, programs, campaigns, and brand standards.

Experience Required:

• 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, or E-reputed company
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, creative, self-starter with exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes and new technologies
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
